APMA is holding Powerland

Saturday Volunteer Work Day on:

Sat. June 14

Join us Saturday, June 14th to prepare for

the upcoming Powerland Hertiage Park events in June!

We will be working in all corners of the park for facility and grounds upkeep, etc.

Mowing

Weed whacking

Weeding

Trimming

Cleaning

Organizing



Are you talented in any of these areas?

Come see old friends and make new friends!

What to bring: Yard tools, gloves, yard implements (weed whackers, chain saws, trimmers, clippers, etc.), weather appropriate attire, and a smile!

Lunch is on us!!!!

Registration Form: Pre-registration is available for vendors at the Swap Meet and in order to be pre-registered you must also pay either by PayPal or submit a check with your Swap Meet Registration Form.  To pay with PayPal, choose from the dropdown the number of swap stalls you’ll need and then mail the registration form to the address listed on the form or email the form to:                                      swapmeet@branch15edgeta.org

Complete the Swap Meet Registration Form including the payment method and mail to the address on the form.  There are two options:  1) pay by check and enclose the check, or 2) use PayPal.  Please place in mail by 6/8/2025 to ensure it arrives in time.  If registering online, please do so by 5 pm on 6/16/2025.
Vendor Stall fees are $45.  If you choose to not pre-register, please complete the registration form and bring it with you to save time during check-in at the gate.

Brooks Historical Society Depot Day

Brooks Historical SOCIETY DEPOT Day is held on the Last Saturday in June.

In 2025, We plan to CELEBRATE two important railroads that affect our local area.

Campus Admission Fee that day: $15. Children ages 3 to 12: $7. Age 2 and under: Free.

in conjunction with the 2nd annual train and trolley fest the same day!

July 12-13, 2025 with Friday (July 11) camping.

 

$20 Admission Fee, which is good for one or both days. 

+$10 additional If you will be camping with us.

Free to swap meet area with admission fee.

Access to the open Powerland Heritage Park museums with admission to event!

There are showers and restrooms on the property at our disposal for participants and campers.

 

 The collective store for snacks and beverages will be open again this year, a breakfast and lunch sit-down style restaurant will be returning for this years event. 

 

We are going to have T shirts this year, prices and design TBD

 

 

Looking forward to seeing lots of new faces and rides this year, come on out and enjoy the weekend and support your community, weather should be amazing just like last years event.

ARMED SERVICE MEMBER APPRECIATION weekend

The second weekend of this year’s show will again feature Armed Service Member Appreciation for members of the Military and National Guard. Current and prior service members will be admitted for free on August 2nd & 3rd, 2025 if they show their Military I.D. card. The family members will be required to pay admission.

The second weekend will also again feature a display by members of the Military Vehicle Collectors Club of Oregon.

SENIOR DAY on Sunday August 3, 2025

Admission price is $3 off for Seniors (65 years old and older) on Sunday August 4th!

YES!!! You can still show up. You will need to buy a parking hang tag at the entry gate. $20 per vehicle for the whole event. Bring as many friends as you want. Once inside you can find us at the pre-registration tent and buy a Shirt, Hat, Sticker, Sunglasses, and the Raffle Tickets. We hope you come and have an amazing time enjoying all the museums and meet all the amazing vendors that help put this event on every year. Don't forget to bring your $1 bills to help support the museums of Powerland Heritage Park that are donation only.

What is S.T.E.A.M.'d Up for Kids at Powerland Heritage Park?

S.T.E.A.M.'d Up for Kids is a playful and engaging twist on our award-winning annual Great Oregon Steam-Up event. Tailored specifically for our younger explorers, some might say it's even more fun! This unique family event offers an array of exciting activities. From miniature train rides and a scavenger hunt, to hands-on craft building and a Steam Traction Engine transporting guests in an wagon, the fun never ends. Children and adults alike will be mesmerized by our steam tractors, creating a memorable family day out that combines entertainment and learning. Come and join us for an unforgettable STEAM experience at Powerland Heritage Park!

This event showcases the partner museums at Powerland Heritage Park’s 62 acre campus. Attendees will learn about the technology, equipment and innovation that contributed to developing Oregon. Fun for all ages that includes hands on activities, demonstrations, trolley and train rides, and much more!

Powerland Heritage Park is committed to ensuring that future generations have an opportunity to learn and discover the heritage of early day machines and better understand the history of technology upon which modern machines, vehicles and farm equipment are based.

FNRL State Convention Skills Contest - PNW Logging Museum

The 2025 Future Natural Resource Leaders (FNRL) State Convention Skills Contest will be held at the Pacific Northwest Logging Museum at Powerland Heritage Park on April 19th.

Show your support of Oregon high school students who are participating in a student leadership association dedicated to personal growth and career success in natural resources by attending their annual State Convention Skills Contest. Open to the Public!

Powerland Halloween 2024 is a non-scary and kid-friendly Halloween Adventure for families! 

It takes place the last three weekends in October at Powerland Heritage Park in Salem, Oregon.


The cost ($18 adults, $14 kids)

Includes the Saving Neverland adventure, a pumpkin to decorate, a Kids’ Activity Center, and a wagon being pulled by a Steam Traction Engine as you hunt for skeletons that are wreaking havoc at Powerland Heritage Park!

A magical power crystal that powers Neverland has been stolen by a gnome! You are tasked with traveling on a Pirate Trolley to find the crystal and bring it back to Neverland before the land disappears forever! 

After your 25-minute Saving Neverland adventure, you’ll find lots of fun things to do! Ride behind a Steam Traction Engine on a “Skeleton Hunt!” Find them all and spin our prize wheel in the Kids Activity Center! Grab a pumpkin from our pumpkin patch and decorate it too! 

There are many scary haunted houses, but few fun Halloween adventures for kids. We are changing that with a new adventure every year!
